Travel Tips :Flooding & Protest in Cambodia

Travelling to Cambodia in September or October 2013 ? Due to heavy rainfalls the Tongle Sap Lake is growing rapidly and at some place there is flooding. See Flooding in Siem Reap and Flooding in Cambodia. Staying inPhnom Penh? Due to politically challenges of the current administration there are protest going on in Phnom Penh and there is a lot of police & military presence in the city. Some roads are closed. Although some say "life goes on as normal" to me it seems not normal that roads are closed with barb-wire and guarded by police and army. See Cambodia Protests
