Staying at the The Beverly Hills Hotel Nakhon Ratchasima

Located along "Bung Ta Lua" (a big lake south-west of the city centre), about 8 min by car to the centre. A brand new (October 2013) boutique hotel with hyper modern rooms, that I did visit during an inspection tour. Great rooms, all with private Jacuzzi bathtub.  The "village view" rooms look out on the town-houses behind the main building, the lake-view rooms have (limited) look out over the lake. They also have a fantastic 2-bedroom suite with Jacuzzi for 4 people (6 Thai people I think). Walk-in prices (2.800 to 15.000 Thai baht) are a bit over-rated I think, but maybe the food & service is really 5-star like the prices. Of course the hotel has swimming pool on the rooftop, private covered parking and mountain-bikes to ride around the lake (3 km). Staff was all very friendly and service minded. Web-site : BH Korat (Thai only)
