Dinner at Chesa Swiss Restaurant in Bangkok

June 2014 Located at Soi 20 of Sukhumvit road in Bangkok (behind "Bei Otto") in a modern renovated teak wooden house is "Chesa Swiss Restaurant" serving Swiss & European cuisine since 2000 (celebrating 14 years now with special promotions). See location tag. I always loved the Swiss kitchen and now being in Bangkok I took the chance to eat here. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, it feels like eating in a living room. The service is excellent, as is the food. But not cheap.

I ordered a big bird as main dish, served with Rosti, salad, vegetables and red wine sauce. And I did drink a cocktail. As dessert I had home made caramel custard. And I topped if with a snapps. Total did cost me 1200 Thai baht. As said not cheap, but is was all delicious. I only think the salad served with the main dish is a bit too simple. I loved it and I will come back (although too expensive for me to come back soon). On Sunday they do a la cart Brunch buffet (1500 Thai baht). Highly recommended! Web-site : Chesa Swiss Soi 20
