Staying at Beat Hotel in Bangkok

Room at Beat Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand
Aug'2014 A brand new small hotel in what is called "W-District", a new block between Soi 69 and Soi 71 of Sukhumvit road in Bangkok. The hotel is just 5 min walk from BTS station "Phrakanong". See location tag.

All rooms are decorate in art style by different artists. Some rooms can be a bit busy, like my room. But I liked it! The room was comfortable, although a bit small. Also forget to have any view. O and rooms at the back might have some noise problems from the small (but busy) soi behind the hotel (but I did not stay in a room like that).

The "W-District" is a nice area with Food & Beer Garden, small market in the evening and modern art. And it is all close by the Skytrain, so location is great. The room was comfortable, although a bit small. Breakfast was plate-service, freshly made. Breakfast was OK but simple. A bit a pity that "The Melting Pot" restaurant does not have a full eat & drink menu. The hotel does not have a swimming pool but you can make use of the swimming pool of the condo-tower next to the hotel. If I would stay here again depends on the price, because I think their web-site price is a bit expensive for what you get. Web-site : Beat Hotel Bangkok
