Again walking in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Barber shop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

I always wake-up early, so also when I was in Phnom Penh for a few days. In the early morning it is still cool and with the sun not yet full up the color of light is also more beautiful. I love walking or taking a bicycle ride. This time I did walk and not in a particular direction.

You see Phnom Penh street life, the markets, the shops and children going to school. I love the chaos with motorbikes, bicycles, Tuk-Tuk's and still many bicycle rickshaw. It was a special Buddhist day so you could see everywhere people making merit. It was a nice day, but not for pigs as they are used as offering (mostly by the Chinese Cambodians). The city is full of markets. Of course the famous "Central Market" and "Russian Market" but actually there are markets almost everywhere. The most are fresh markets selling fruit, vegetables, fish and meat.
