Lunch along the Mekong River in Chiang Khan

Traveling in North-East Thailand

After a small ride along the mighty Mekong River we stopped in Chiang Khan for lunch. Although it was weekend the main street along the river did look like a ghost town. Most shops, restaurants and hotels did look like they were closed. Luckily I did find one restaurant that is always open and right along the river. And always good food!
