Train stations in Thailand, next station Mae Klong

Train Station in Thailand
Mae Klong train station, Thailand

I love traveling by train, especially in Thailand where it is like traveling in time. It is like an open-air museum. Not only the trains itself but also the train stations. They look like they have not changed since they build the first railroad lines in Thailand in 1889. Not a nice old station but at the end (or beginning) of a special line and with a very special attraction. Also famously known as The Rail Road Market. This the line between Bangkok and Mae Klong that is interrupted by the Tha Chin River where you have to take the ferry to the other side. And then continue your train ride to Mae Klong. See also Visiting Talat Rom Hub. If you like old Thai train stations then hurry up and visit them all as modernisation is destroying beautiful history!
