Bung Thao Kung Shrine in Nan town

Nan town is famous for its old & beautiful Buddhist temples, but there is also a Chinese heritage in Nan town. The Bung Thao Kung Shrine is part of that Chinese heritage and is still in daily use by the local community. I always love the colours of Chinese shrines. Just north of the airport you will find a still in use Chinese cemetery and spread all over Nan province you will find a few Chinese shrines and solitary graves.
  • Location : Along Sumon Thertawat road
  • Opening times : Daily from 7:00 - 17:00
  • Entrance : Free
