Day 3 of 7 of a small tour in North Thailand

Traveling in North Thailand

From the balcony of my room in Mae Salong in North Thailand we had a stunning sunrise view over the small mountain village. So as we did wake up early we first did visit the Sinakarintra Stit Mahasantikhiri Pagoda that has just been renovated. It is a beautiful build pagoda from where you have a stunning view over the mountains of Mae Salong. After enjoying the view we returned back to the village for a breakfast at The Local Coffee & Tea, a wonderful coffee & tea house. Highly recommended! After breakfast our journey to Chiang Mai started, a trip of 224 km thru the beautiful mountains of North Thailand with villages, temples and of course coffee shops and in the cool season strawberry farms.
