A bridge too far in Nan

This bridge was once crossing the Nan River in Nan province, North Thailand. About 50km north of Bo Klua. And it probably connected to route 1081. Now looking on Google Satellite images you see that this road must have lead to what was once a border crossing to Laos. I tried to get there once from another village but the roads became dirt tracks. But still there must be a whole village there.
