Staying at The Connex in Bangkok

Lobby of The Connex Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand

Last week I was in Bangkok for 2 night and I wanted to stay in a new hotel that is close to the BTS line. For some reason I always end up staying somewhere along Sukhumvit road. This time I did choose The Connex Hotel. A modern hotel and conveniently located really less as 1 min walk from BTS & MRT station Asoke. And that has its pro & con, because from my room I could not only see all Asoke intersection but also hear all the traffic. And as the curtains of the room did not 100% close I also enjoyed the light of the cars and huge billboards at Asoke. For the rest the room was clean, comfortable and good with everything you might need in a hotel room. That all said the staff was friendly but not professional trained as hospitality employee. Following are some photos (not my room) that I did borrow from their Facebook page.
