Staying at Seagull Hotel in Qui Nhon, Vietnam

Accommodation in Vietnam
View from my room at Seagull Hotel

While traveling 3 weeks Relaxed Vietnam I did travel from Hoi An to Qui Nhon, a typically Vietnamese beach resort town, and I did stay for 1 night at the Seagull Hotel. The hotel is located right along the beach and is a bit older but with big & well taken care rooms. All rooms have private balcony, air-conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower, mini-bar and free drinking water. The hotel offers a swimming pool, reasonable good breakfast buffet (but busy) and a restaurant for lunch or dinner. On top of the hotel is an rooftop lounge for drinks and snacks (actually all food from the restaurant is served here). For more information see Seagull Hotel. Actually a hotel with great potential after a total renovation. Like the rooftop with a stunning view over town, but hardly anything is done to make it nice & functional. Although my room had new windows I could still hear almost everything from outside. And the bathroom has still an old fashioned bathtub with a shower curtain!

In the early morning (5:00am!) and late afternoon you will see Vietnamese tourists going for a swim. Both left and right of the hotel is a nice park. A bit further walking you will find Vietnamese restaurants in the small streets.
