About Wat Hua Khuang in Nan town

Wat Hua Khuang in Nan - Thailand

The Wat Hua Khuang is located next to Nan National Museum and famous for its old library or scripture hall, a two-storey construction with a brick and plaster coated base and a teak upper floor with gold-painted decoration. Although the date of construction is unknown it is probably one of the oldest tempels in Nan town from begin 1500. In the evening this temple is beautiful illuminated. The Wat Hua Khuang can be visited all year around, daily from 7:00 - 18:00 and entrance is free.
