Has the raining season finally started in North Thailand?

Clouds over the mountains of Doi Phu Kha in Pua, North Thailand

A dark day today Monday 27 April in Pua, North Thailand. Rain started last night and continued softly the all day. Photo above was taken around 11:00am and we did not see any sunshine today. Not that I care, after almost 5 months without any real rain (and with very unhealthy air pollution by agriculture burning = Thank you CP). So we finally have clean air and water in the garden. Actually a bit too much water in the garden. But never mind, that will go away. I love it! Never thought I would say that about rain. And with temperatures under the 25℃ it is actually cold. The weather forecast is that it will stay like this for the coming week. That creates a bit of an other returning problem, drying our wash. With the high humidity and low temperatures laundry will take days to dry. And every year I am considering to buy a laundry dryer. But every year I don't.
