Kracheh is also called Kratie and is a little town along the Mekong River. There are a handful of hotels & guesthouses. And even an French restaurant and some other western oriented pubs and restaurants. It is a nice little town, worth to make a stop-over even if was only to visit the "Mekong Dolphins" of Cambodia. The city centre is basically a huge market and the reason for the existence of the city. We had lunch at this French restaurant & hotel (only 4 rooms and costly at about 70us$) but good food and friendly service. They also have an resort with bungalows on the island (in the Mekong river). Just google Le Bungalow in Kratie.
