Staying at Santepheap Hotel in Kratie, Cambodia

Santepheap Hotel in Kratie, Cambodia

In December 2012 I did stay at Santepheap Hotel,  a 80 years old French house that 20 years ago was rebuild as an hotel. On the outside the original colonial design is totally destroyed but at the inside you can still see that this was once a beautiful house. It is located right along the boulevard of the Mekong river. The rooms are simple and basic but they have airco, fridge, private bathroom with warm water. And that all for 18us$ (without breakfast).

One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster

The journey of Traveling 2 Thailand did begin with One Night in Bangkok in 1985 and since 2009 it became a personal non-commercial travel blog as inspiration for traveling & motorbike riding in Thailand. Made just for the sheer love of traveling and sharing experience about traveling in South-East Asia. To travel beyond the beaten track & highlights. Enjoy!
