Taking the bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok - Thailand

When arriving (or going to) Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK) in Bangkok (Thailand) it might be handy to know that there are actually a lot of buses going to/from this airport (and actually also from Don Muang). Just go to level 1 (same level as the taxi's) and then go to door (gate) #7 or #8. There are a few counters from bus companies. There are buses (and mini-van's) going to/from : Pattaya, Jomtien, Hua Hin, Bangkok but also to/from Koh Samet, Koh Chang. And even to Khorat (Nakhon Ratchasima), Khon Kaen, Udon Thani and Nong Khai (border to Laos). Of course there is also a shuttle bus to/from Don Muang airport (DMK). They all have daily service, 7 days a week, but at limited times.

One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster

The journey of Traveling 2 Thailand did begin with One Night in Bangkok in 1985 and since 2009 it became a personal non-commercial travel blog as inspiration for traveling & motorbike riding in Thailand. Made just for the sheer love of traveling and sharing experience about traveling in South-East Asia. To travel beyond the beaten track & highlights. Enjoy!
