Making Khao Kriap cookies in a small village in Nan province
While passing one of the many small villages in the mountains of Nan province we saw 4 people making cookies the traditional way. You can see this kind of cookies for sale on the local markets here. It takes 4 people .... 1 to pour out the batter, 1 to keep the fire going and 2 to pick-up the cookies and put them to dry on boards made of palm leaves. Later they will be put in the sun to dry. For more information about Nan province see Destination Travel Guide Nan province, North Thailand.

One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster
I belong to that race of men that don't fit in, a race that can't sit still, so they break the hearts of kith and kin and they roam the world at will.
In 1985 I started to roam the world at will in Indonesia & Thailand and since then I did not stop. And now living in Thailand I am still roaming the world.
