Making a u-turn in Bangkok

Traveling in Thailand

In my serie This Is Thailand (see label below) here a photo taken a few years ago, but I love this! The U-turn is closed by means of poles and a chain, so cars can not use it. But what about motorbikes? Well someone put 2 higher poles so the chain can go higher. So motorbikes can ride under it. Yes, TIT.  And of course police does not care.

One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster

The journey of Traveling 2 Thailand did begin with One Night in Bangkok in 1985 and since 2009 it became a personal non-commercial travel blog as inspiration for traveling & motorbike riding in Thailand. Made just for the sheer love of traveling and sharing experience about traveling in South-East Asia. To travel beyond the beaten track & highlights. Enjoy!
