A bridge too far near Bo Klua

Destination Travel Guide Nan, North Thailand

Reposting from 2018. While riding route 1081 from Bo Klua to Huai Kon, about 50 km north of Bo Klua I saw this dilapidated bridge along the Nan River, it probably once crossed the Nan River and the road connected to route 1081. After some research I think that this bridge was part of the road that goes to a village along the Thai-Lao border where actually is / was a border crossing. Via another village I tried once to get there but the roads were too bad. But I might be trying again in the next cool season. One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster

The journey of Traveling 2 Thailand did begin with One Night in Bangkok in 1985 and since 2009 it became a personal non-commercial travel blog as inspiration for traveling & motorbike riding in Thailand. Made just for the sheer love of traveling and sharing experience about traveling in South-East Asia. To travel beyond the beaten track & highlights. Enjoy!
