Lets go shopping at D-Best OTOP Market in Nan town

D-Best OTOP Market is a permanent market of small shops. OTOP means "One Tambon One Product", to promote local products form each tambon (district). Here in Nan province that are local made Silverware and Cloths from Tai Lue, Hmong and Mien minorities living in the mountains. And of course food like rice, coffee beans and cacao beans. In weekdays in the evening there is also a kind of food-court where you can sit & eat. Nice place to go shopping for souvenirs, open all year around, daily from 9:00 to 18:00.

One night in Bangkok and the world is your oyster

The journey of Traveling 2 Thailand did begin with One Night in Bangkok in 1985 and since 2009 it became a personal non-commercial travel blog as inspiration for traveling & motorbike riding in Thailand. Made just for the sheer love of traveling and sharing experience about traveling in South-East Asia. To travel beyond the beaten track & highlights. Enjoy!
